Have Your Say on the Ballarat Station Upgrade
We are making Ballarat Station more accessible for everyone, with a $50 million upgrade – and you can now have your say on the early designs.
The new plans include installing a pedestrian overpass with a passenger lift and stairs to both platforms. The upgrades will make it easier for people with a disability, as well as passengers with prams and luggage, to get around the station and use public transport, while also respecting the heritage of the station precinct. The project is set to be completed by 2026.
You can have your say on the designs by visiting engage.vic.gov.au/ballarat-station-upgrade.
You can also join one of the community information sessions to learn more about the Ballarat Station Upgrade early concept designs, ask the project team questions, and complete the project survey. (Please note that registration is required.)
