Juliana ADDISON (Wendouree) (10:03): Well done to Alfredton Primary School student Felicity Driscoll on winning her campaign for a new footpath to her school and local sporting facilities on Windsor Avenue. Felicity is just seven years old and has secured a funding commitment from the City of Ballarat for the footpath.

Having grown up in the house next door to Felicity, I know there has not been a footpath for over 45 years in Windsor Avenue. I am truly impressed by her advocacy and what she has achieved. Perhaps she will be a future member for Wendouree. Great work, Felicity.
